Tournament Guide
This is your one-stop resource for Thursday’s tournament.
The forecast calls for clear skies and a perfect 75 degrees. We can’t wait to see you all bright and early on Thursday morning with a shotgun start prompt at 8:00am.
Registration opens at 6:45am and is located in front of the pro shop. Please give yourself enough time in the morning to complete the check-in process, enjoy breakfast, practice on the range, participate in the Putting Contest, and more.

EVENT SCHEDULE
6:45am - Registration opens
7:00am - Breakfast, range, and putting contest is live
8:00am - Shotgun start, all teams tee off
8:00am-12:30pm - Tournament round with Hit-the-Green Challenge on #6, Long Drive Contest on #10, and Hole-in-One Contest on #18
1:00pm - Lunch Buffet in the Magnolia & Laurel Room. Silent auction opens.
1:30pm-2:00pm - Lunch program with team awards and opportunity drawing.
2:05pm - Silent auction ends.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The tournament format is a team scramble. Each player in your group tees off and chooses the best shot. Every player plays from that spot, and the process repeats until the ball is holed. The maximum score per hole is bogey - if your team misses your par putts, pick up and proceed to next hole. Please keep up with the group in front of you. Each player can purchase and use up to two mulligans.
The top three teams with the lowest gross scores will be honored at lunch.

CONTEST TICKETS PRE-SALE
Expedite the check-in process by purchasing your contest and drawing opportunities now. Pre-sale process closes at 11:59pm PST on Wednesday, November 5. Tickets will also be sold on the morning of the event.

Pre-purchasers will pick up your wristband and/or tickets at registration on morning of event.
SILENT AUCTION PREVIEW
